I appreciated the daily housekeeping service. My room was kept clean. the location was convenient near taksim street. the staff responded quickly to requests.
the sofas in the room had some stains. i noticed this upon arrival.

the apartment was very spacious. it had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, offering plenty of room for everyone. the large living room with a kitchen , a big table , and comfortable sofas made it a nice spot to hang out.
on check in , i was taken to a smaller room. this room had fewer beds than the one i booked and paid for. eventually , i moved to the correct room , but the sofa bed was not ready even though i paid for three guests.

The check-in process was a bit disorganized. There was confusion regarding my reservation. i also found the gym equipment to be outdated. the breakfast selection could have been better. It lacked variety and freshness. the room service menu was limited, and some items were unavailable. i was not completely satisfied.

The apartment included a fully equipped kitchen. It had everything necessary for cooking. The location proved convenient with easy access to public transportation (the metro station was a short walk away). The daily cleaning service was efficient and unobtrusive.
